Counselling sessions last for approximately 50 minutes.

Counselling sessions are - £45

Breathwork you should allow 60- 90 minutes depending on 1:1 or group.

Breathwork 1:1- £50

Group Breath Work- £35

Combination sessions £160 (deposit required)

(2 x counselling & 2 x Breathwork sessions)

Payment must be paid within 24hours of the session by bank transfer

(Non-refundable if session is not attended or rescheduled)
